BODYPUMP: Raise the bar in this popular 45-minute strength training class using weight lifting exercises choreographed to fun music. You will challenge each major muscle group while gaining strength and endurance

Starke Zone: The signature class of Starke Fitness in which our instructors will bring you their best by using their individual creativity, skills, and talent to craft this workout for you. We ask that you give 100% during this 45 minutes. You will torch calories and make fitness gains performing intervals of cardio, plyometric, resistance, strength, and core training moves.

Step: Here it is. A classic 45-minute step class complete with instructor designed chorography. This class is a nonstop party paired with fun and energetic music.

Starke Spin: A classic 45-minute cycling class in which the instructor leads participants on various rides involving hill climbs and sprints. Improve your cardiovascular and endurance performance while burning calories and listening to great music.

Zumba: An hour-long class that incorporates interval training and resistance training into a fun way to get your workout in.
